Monday Morning Question!...

You come across a briefcase during a walk in the park that is clearly marked, "CONFIDENTIAL, DO NOT open under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!"... What do you do?

My answer:  I know I would just leave it there.  I think I would be too darn scared of the contents.  Perhaps I would even call the police.  I know, I am a goody-goody.  What would you do?

  1.  Now a days I also would call the police.  I would be scared to open it also.

  2. I'd call the police.

But I'd wait around until they opened it.  If its something valuable, it would become mine if the owner wasn't found :)

  7. As curious as I am, I would never think to open something that wasn't mine.  However, I would make a call to local authorities, because as curious as I am,  I couldn't just walk past it.  Blessings, Penny http://journals.aol.com/firestormkids04/FromHeretoThere

  8. I WOULD NOT OPEN IT BUT I WOULD ALERT THE PARK RANGERS OR THE POLICE ON THE SUBJECT. YOU CAN NEVER BE TO SAFE ANYMORE AND I WOULD HATE TO HAVE ITBE SOMETHING TERRIBLE AND BE THE ONE TO WALK AWAY AND NOT NOTIFY ANYONE

  14. First of all if it were so important what would cause the owner to be so careless,  lol .      I would just turn it into the police unless I heard a ticking sound inside of it.    I do want my reward for this extra important find though,  lol  .    mark

  15. I guess I would open it...of course, I'm what you get when you dial 911.  I'm the governmental guinea pig.  Let the cop open it, he's expendable.

  16. Wouldn't touch it.  But I too would be too curious.  I'd have to hang around till the authorities that I called got there.  Ya never know..might be a bundle of money or jewel. And you know what they say...Possession is 9/10s of the law. LOL

  18. I think I might want to try to turn it in somewhere. Not so much because if I knew it was something really fun I might just open it. What would be so great that it would be in the park and say that on it??? lol If I did open it and it has no address and it has something like a bunch of money Im taking it home with me!
