What Kind of Blogger Are You?

What Kind Of Blogger Are You?

Find out here

I took this test and turned out to be a blogger about my Life Stories.  I keep a journal to have a life record.  Why do you journal?  I have been pondering journaling over the past month or so as it seems I have kind of slipped into journaling without even thinking much about it.  It became a way of life.  I started journaling thinking that I would be the only one reading.  Why would anyone be interested in my life?  It was something I did a couple of times a week.  I also read others as they posted comments.  Now I am reading for two or three hours a day.  It has been totally amazing to meet the people I have met online.  They have turned into true friendships.  It has happened without my even knowing it would.  Whooosh... It happened so quickly.  Amazing.  Thanks for accepting me into this wonderful community!  I really have only been blogging for about four months.  It seems like forever.  My journal goes back longer, but I was sick for six months and did not write.  So, why do you journal?  How has the experience been for you?  Do you journal for information?  Have you made friends?  Support?  Are you chronically ill and it has made a tremendous difference?  Is it a hobby?  I am curious...  Have a good weekend all!

  1. I'm a life blogger too :o)
I don't know what I expected when I started my blog, just knew I always liked keeping a diary, and thought it would be cool to have an online one.  Never imagined I'd meet such lovely people, and make such nice friends.  Now I too, spend hours every day reading other people's, and that makes me feel part of a community.  I like that.  I like the little details of people's lives.
    Take care hon.

  6. I'm a life blogger too! Maybe the quiz is broken? Lmao!
I started my journal because I wanted to pour some things out that were bubbling away inside me. I didn't have anyone to talk to. There weren't personal issues or anything I didn't want to share, so I decided to start a diary online. When i wrote my first entry i didn't even know that people could leave comments. I never dreamed that people would actually read it. Now I have 4 or 5 people who comment everyday, and  a few others who comment when they can. I've made tons of friends, and I'm nosy so I'm enjoying sticking my nose into other peoples lives.
The journal has helped relieve my depression too. I suppose it's a bit like councilling. It's been great for me.
    Take care Val.

  11. I began journaling b/c I like to write.  This way of journaling was enticing b/c people might actually read it and respond.  So it is rewarding.  Then I discovered that it was therapeutic.  Then it turned into a hobby.  Then it turned into having an extended family, with people I care about.  It's a way to have relationships in this busy world at the moment when you need it and want it.  Then when you want to be by yourself, you log off - LOL!  And now it is turning into a type of art work with the use of fun graphics, or photography.  It's fun to go out and find beautiful pictures or interesting pictures for your readers to enjoy.  I just love that.  It makes photography more interesting and that has surprised me.
