Val~Happy Ressurection Day to you and your family also! It's such an important time for Christians. What a gift He gave to us that by dying we can have eternal life...Check out Rev 1:8-12. We were studying that one today and wow is it really something how great our King of Kings is!...I wonder how many months your grandson is now; I figure he's probably old enough for a stuffed bunny, but not candy!...Thanks for your kind and supportive comments-they mean so much ;-) I am still blown away by the fact that John's cancer is gone! Praise God!12~ xox Deb

I am catching up on my mailbox Val and the verse from Matthew on the Resurrection struck me. Jesus resurrection brings us hope to this mortal life. On a side note. On PBS a show was about a church from the time of 3rd Century which claims to have the tomb of Jesus. It was interesting and I think you would have enjoyed watching it. It has shrine after shrine built upon the site and permission was given for research to examine inside the deepest area with a tiny camera through the rock. It passed by prayer letters' that were stuffed inside the walls as it explored into 'living rock' that may be the tomb from which Jesus was resurrected. If nothing else it does make people think about his resurrection and the importance of it. It seems to evoke such a sense of peace and serenity. I have also watched a program on the writing of the English Bible and how it was a crime to have one in England until Henry X111. He only made it legal to put the church under his control so that he could divorce his wife because she did not bear him a son and the Catholic Church would not grant him a divorce. mark
